Position
: LABORER (5) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26‑11/01/2026
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, and cleaning up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.
Daily travel to various job sites located in Hamilton, Stanton Kearney, Grant, Greely, and Wichita counties in KS.
Requirements
:
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- No education required.
Hours and Compensation
: 8‑hour workday, Mon‑Fri, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. (hours may vary). OT and weekends required. Pay: $20.49/hr, OT $30.74/hr.

Transportation
:
Workers responsible for transportation to the designated pickup location in Coolidge, KS. Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from Coolidge, KS.
