Superior Home Co is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our growing field operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll be responsible for performing a wide range of residential repairs and maintenance tasks. • Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks across different types of residential properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and carpentry issues.
• Take before and after pictures of job sites and work to be done/completed for record keeping.
• Complete punch list items and respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Safely operate power tools, ladders, and other equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers.
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe before, during, and after work.
• Travel to job sites in the local area as needed.
• Represent Superior Home Co with professionalism and reliability.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
