Description

To provide excellent plumbing services in a variety of residential and light commercial applications.

Required Experience:
  • Master Plumber License
  • OSHA
    10 Safety Certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years of plumbing
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Must have excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Commercial driver's license Class A with hydraulic air brakes
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be well-groomed, drug-free and able to pass a criminal check and physical
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily/weekly safety briefings.
  • Maintain proper PPE to perform job duties.
  • Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes.
  • Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot and cold-water lines.
  • Maintains and repairs general plumbing components to include toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs and drains.
  • Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs steam, water, and gas distribution systems.
  • Repairs and replaces pneumatic steam valves, radiator vales, traps, and steam condensate pipes.
  • Install of new plumbing fixtures.
  • Create and install plumbing systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance for commercial and residential plumbing.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
  • Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
  • Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
  • Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building.
  • Other Duties as required or assigned by leadership team.

Physical Demands:
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects
  • Lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly.
