With our wide-ranging Tech Ranking system from Tech I all the way through Tech IV, Boss Shops is an industry leader in full range Diesel repair. Pay range: $15.00 - $32.00 per hour DEQ plus $8.00/billed hour commission.

The Shop Diesel Mechanic/Technician is responsible for performing mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner.
EssentialJob Duties /Functions
- Performs PM's and oil changes.
- Greases trucks and trailers.
- Performs tire services.
- Performs CSA/DOT inspections.
- Per деле service calls and night call-outs.
- Conducts intermediate to advanced electrical repair and diagnoses cause of failures.
- Completes intermediate wheel-end repair (S-cam/bushing replacement, spindle repairs, race and bearing replacement, wheel seals, ETC.).
- Performs intermediate air system repair (basic diagnostics, tank replacement, airércio, leveling valves, dash valves, etc.).
- Conducts basic HVAC repair (evacuate & recharge, verifies cause of failure).
- Completes basic coolant repairs (thermostat, water pump, hoses, fittings, radiator, etc.).
