Insurance Sales, Sales Representative
A small independent agency is looking for a motivated and highly proactive Personal Lines Producer. Working alongside our personal lines team, this agent is responsible for driving new business revenue growth of personal lines clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Achieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis
- Create positive synergy and pursue cross-selling opportunities with other practices to meet revenue growth targets
- Generate sufficient new business leads and first appointment activity volume.
- Identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect‑specific basis
- Utilize AMS
360 to support the sales process—including input of accurate and timely information relative to first appointments, follow‑ups, etc. - Develop and deploy sales/marketing strategies to optimize the company position in the marketplace
- Work collaboratively with the account management team
- 3+ years' experience
- Team oriented, self‑starting, personable, initiative‑taking, purposeful and organized individual who is driven to achieve individual sales goals
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and follow‑up skills
- Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
- Great teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with senior level‑management and have a top‑level executive presence
- P&C License
- Book of business preferred
- Excellent compensation structure
