You'll lead the national sales organization to execute commercial strategies, develop customers & channels, achieve financial targets, manage credit risks, ensure sales execution excellence, and drive sustainable growth & value creation for both customers and the company to ensure sustainable competitive advantage in the aquaculture feed industry.
Enhance and maximise Bio Mar Vietnam's competitive advantage in the aquaculture feed industryYour responsibilities will partnering with company leadership to drive business growth by analyzing markets and customers, creating strategic sales plans, and developing programs that enhance sales productivity and customer value.
Working primarily in Ho Chi Minh city and across Vietnam provinces, your main tasks will be to:
- Strategy & Sales Planning:
Participate with company leadership in formulating and executing business growth strategy. Assess market, competition, and customer potential by geography and channel to develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans. - Sales Management & Execution Excellence:
Deliver volume, revenue, and gross profit targets while ensuring disciplined, compliant sales execution aligned with brand and commercial standards. Manage trade spending and sales expenses, drive performance through structured reviews and coaching, and build sales force capabilities in selling, negotiation, partnership management, and route‑to‑market. - Customer & Channel Development:
Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic business reports (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents) to support performance management. Conduct deep‑dive analytical reports and ad‑hoc analyses upon request from the Executive Management. Integrate internal and external data sources to improve completeness, accuracy, and reliability of commercial insights. - AR & Credit
Risk Management:
Ensure AR collection meets targets; monitor credit exposures. Conduct periodic customer credit reviews and flag potential risks. Ensure compliance with legal documentation and commercial governance. - Market Intelligence & Competitiveness:
Enhance business growth through a strategic and commercially‑focused approach.
