As a Sales Counselor, you will sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. You will assist families with funeral selections and attend services, while generating leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

Estimated first‑year earnings: $50,000–$60,000, with uncapped commission and earnings. You will receive training pay of $18 per hour for the first 6 weeks.

• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads via walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain accurate records in a CRM and MS Office applications.
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM system.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, organizational and planning skills.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
