The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling all of the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicate with your District FAST Supervisor on work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that sets us apart. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Other duties may be assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores in personal vehicle required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.

• Ability to travel, push/pull up to 2,000 lbs with equipment, lift overhead, and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Complete training and operate necessary store equipment safely.
