*** Prepare and execute dishes to spec during service
* Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift
* Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
* Assist with planning and prepping for upcoming shifts
* Communicate with fellow cooks and front-of-house staff to ensure a great guest experience
* Take direction well and help create a positive kitchen culture#
