Required Skills Valid RN license in good standing BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are mandatory; TNCC preferred Previous experience with Cerner charting systems Proven ability to handle high patient volumes in emergency and med/surg settings Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work a 12-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Nice to Have Skills Prior travel nursing experience Experience in Critical Access Hospitals Charge nurse experience and willingness to take on charge responsibilities Knowledge of high-volume ER operations, handling 200+ visits per month Preferred

Education and Experience At least 2 years of ER or combined ER/Med-Surg nursing experience Critical Access Hospital background preferred Valid certifications in emergency nursing specialties Other Requirements Must be comfortable working in a high-volume ER environment Travel reimbursement, licensure, certification, and related expenses covered when applicable No radius restrictions; open to candidates nationwide Scrubs of any color acceptable This high-impact role offers an hourly rate of $56.95, with weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
