* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

* Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.###
** What We’re Looking For**:
* Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
* Level On Fingerprint Clearance Card
* CPR/BLS Certification
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
* Ability to work well in a team, supporting both residents and fellow healthcare professionals.###
