Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Ness City, Kansas
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay: Up to $2,500 Weekly

Position Overview

The Travel Registered Nurse will provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents within a long-term care setting. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive high-quality care, maintain optimal health outcomes, and support their overall well-being.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) facility

  • Perform patient assessments and monitor residents’ conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during assigned shifts

  • Document patient information accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR)

  • Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, healthcare regulations, and patient safety standards

  • Provide compassionate support to residents and families

Education & Certification Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas (or compact license eligible for Kansas)

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – American Heart Association preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with long-term care (LTC) experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Assignment Details

  • 13-Week Travel Contract
