Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This role is essential in providing high‑quality care to our residents and supporting our mission of delivering person‑centered services in a safe, respectful, and home‑like environment.
The RN/LPN performs a variety of nursing functions, including administering treatments, passing medications or supervising medication aides, monitoring residents’ conditions, and communicating changes to the Director of Nursing, the on‑duty registered nurse (if applicable), and physicians as needed. This position works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure regulatory compliance and to support each resident’s individualized plan of care.
