The RN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, care coordination, and interventions. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks as appropriate.

Preferred:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license if in an NLC state. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
