Location: Tecumseh
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 50% Hospice On-Call position in Tecumseh, Kansas.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in a home or facility setting during on-call hours.
- Assess patient needs, manage symptoms, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team for optimal comfort.
- Respond promptly to urgent calls, offering guidance, support, and interventions as needed.
- Document patient interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Educate patients and families about end-of-life care and comfort measures.
