Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care as a Registered Nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, delivering specialized support to neonates and their families. Responsibilities- Perform holistic nursing care for neonates, infants, and their families, focusing on individualized and collaborative nursing functions.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and delegate tasks to appropriate care providers for optimized patient outcomes.
- Participate actively in shared decision-making and nursing practice improvements within the NICU unit.

- Current RN licensure with demonstrated expertise in NICU nursing.
