Overview

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care as a Registered Nurse in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, delivering specialized support to neonates and their families. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic role where you will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Perform holistic nursing care for neonates, infants, and their families, focusing on individualized and collaborative nursing functions.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop nursing diagnoses, care plans, and evaluations aligned with established nursing standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary care and delegate tasks to appropriate care providers for optimized patient outcomes.
  • Participate actively in shared decision-making and nursing practice improvements within the NICU unit.
  • Adapt to unit-specific clinical skills and responsibilities as needed to meet patient care needs effectively.
