Shift: Evening (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Hours:
30.00 per week (Full time) - Pay: $17.00 – $25.50 per hour.
- Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000
The CNA provides resident‑centered nursing care and daily living assistance. Responsibilities include bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vital sign monitoring, assisting with meals, transfers, movement, housekeeping, and documentation while following infection prevention and PPE protocols.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Minimum age 16.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification within four months of hire; certification and training available through facility.
- Maintain 12+ hours of continuing education annually and complete yearly competency testing.
- Must hold all department‑specific certifications.
- Driver’s license for Sanford Category II Driver role (if required by facility).
