Qualifications- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- TB skin test current within last 12 months.
- Six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.

- Must have reliable transportation.
