Are you a compassionate nurse with a passion for working with seniors? Country Living of Larned is seeking aResidence Nurseto lead and support our caregiving team in delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm, homelike environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and support CMAs and CNAs in resident care.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate medical services.
• Administer or supervise medications and treatments.
• Monitor compliance with infection control and health regulations.
• Serve as a key communication point between residents, families, staff, and healthcare providers.
• Provide hands-on care as needed and be part of the on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) in the State of Kansas.
• At least 6 months of clinical experience, preferably with the elderly.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A team player with a heart for senior care.
