• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days of residency
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component— Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
