Aboutthe Role
We're excited to welcome a Foundation Manager & Marketing Assistant to our team! This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, telling stories that inspire, and bringing ideas to life. You'll lead the day‑to‑day operations of our hospital foundation while also supporting our marketing and communications team. WhatYou'll Do Foundation Management
Oversee daily foundation operations.
Build strong connections with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns and special events.
Assist with grant research and data collection.
Prepare donor updates, board reports, and communications.
Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance.
Report to the CFO until a permanent CEO is hired.
Support marketing campaigns across social media, newsletters, and the website.
Assist with photography, promotional materials, and event marketing.
Help coordinate community outreach and engagement events.
Track performance of marketing initiatives and compile reports.
Report to the Marketing Director.
Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field-or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, or administrative support; marketing experience a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; donor databases and social media experience preferred.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to balance multiple projects with ease.
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Majority of dedicated hours will be to the foundation with up to 10 hours a week dedicated to assist the marketing director.
