CNC MACHINISTS Climate Controlled EnvironmentWhat You’ll Do:
- Program, set up & operate CNC equipment
- Work with Hurco Mills & Romi Lathes (Fanuc / Winmax controls)
- Hold close tolerances (± .002” or better)
- Read blueprints & tool drawings
- Select proper speeds, feeds & tooling
- Inspect precision parts
- Conversational programming
- 3D Mill / Mastercam (plus)
- Conventional mill/lathe/surface grinder (plus)
- /OD mics, depth mics, indicators (.0005), sine plates, layout
We are NOT a high-volume production shop.
You must adapt to custom, changing work.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Dependable & focused
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Problem‑solving mindset
Entry‑level candidates with strong aptitude will be considered for select positions.
