Our client in SE Kansas is experiencing rapid growth, supplying essential engineered-to-order products to billion-dollar infrastructure projects and next-generation facilities. These positions play a vital role to ensure products meet specified standards through detailed checks during production stages. Looking for 2nd Shift technicians (may have openings on 1st shift with the right experience).

Offers opportunities for skill progression in a structured level system, allowing candidates to advance from basic inspections to auditing and customer interactions. ($18-$25/hour)

• Anticipated Salary: $18.22-$25.00/hour based on experience and skill level.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections/audits to company and customer specifications.
• Read prints and apply quality criteria accurately.
• Interface professionally with internal/external teams on quality issues.
• Assist in internal auditing and maintaining document control systems.
• Use dimensional tools for measurements and report findings timely.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications:
  
  Preferred in welding (D1.1), ASME IX, or powder coating.
• 2-3 years in fabrication (welding, CNC, assembly, coating).
• Basic knowledge of inspection techniques and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in math, reading documents, and basic software (Word, Excel).
