Quality Inspector

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with regulations. This role involves utilizing precision measuring instruments, conducting quality audits, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure the highest level of product integrity.

• Performs inspections: in-process, incoming for hardware and material, final, outside processing, outside manufacturing, and parts; mark as needed.
• Trains inspectors and machine operators on inspection processes as needed.
• Communicates daily with supervisors and management to address priorities.
• Identifies road blocks and process improvements to current process to reduce cycle times.
• Reviews non-conforming product with manager/QEs; collects contributing factors for any scrap occurrences during shift.
• Attend Department and Company Meetings.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using appropriate tools and protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
