Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Butter Stacker to join our production team. This role is essential in ensuring butter products are stacked, organized, and prepared for storage or shipment according to company standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

• Stack butter blocks or packaged butter onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily stacking targets.
• Assist with labeling, inventory counts, and packaging when required.
• Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (refrigerated areas).

Work Environment

• Cold storage or production facility.
