We are seeking an experienced Delta Press Machine Operator to join the 2nd shift production team. This role requires recent, hands‑on experience running 13-inch-wide Delta press/web machines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in die cutting, splitting, and laminating, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and maintain a 13-inch-wide Delta press/web machine
• Perform die cutting, splitting, and laminating operations with precision
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Delta Press Machine Operator (within the past 2–3 years)
• Proficiency with die cutting, splitting, and laminating
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass standard drug screen and background check
• Please note:
  
  Candidates whose press operator experience is more than 3–4 years old or who have not been in an operator role recently will not be considered.
