Cobalt KS Production Team Member

Summary:

Essential duties and responsibilities may vary throughout the production areas.

• Manufacturer or prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while continually exceeding customer standards.
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• May work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment by complying to safety and 5s standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Some positions require the ability to pass Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT).

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

General math skills required.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in procedures and/or environment.

Safety glasses required at all times. Gloves are available and may be required depending upon position. Other PPE may be required depending upon workstation. Typical 10-hour workdays, frequent overtime required.
