Performs calibration, troubleshooting, repair, justification, modification, installation, and maintenance of complex instrumentation and control systems.

• Troubleshoot PLC code on new and existing equipment.
• Participate and coach others to maintain power and controls equipment.
• Lead improvement projects and plant control upgrades.
• Operate high-speed manufacturing, packing, and other production-related equipment.
• Prioritize personal safety and safe operations.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all quality specifications and perform quality inspections.
• Know and use terminology and functions of machine components.
• Quickly troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
• Develop and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with subcontractors performing technical work.
• Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.

• Access and comprehend technical manuals via the internet and interact with external technical resources.
• Effective team leadership skills including conflict resolution and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management, goal setting, process improvement, and organization.
