We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Area Manager to lead and oversee multiple locations within a designated region. This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, foster business growth, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for management, strategic planning, and business development, ensuring each location achieves its goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership:
    Provide strong leadership across all assigned locations, motivating teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Supervision:
    Oversee staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
  • Growth:
    Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Project Management:
    Manage project execution from planning through completion, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Sales Outreach:
    Personally execute sales calls and B2B outreach strategies to expand the client base and meet regional revenue targets.
Experience &

Skills:
