** Job Summary
** Responsible for the repair, calibration, and installation of electrical instrumentation, and control devices or systems of IFF Danisco USA Inc. As well as providing maintenance assistance on mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.

The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following:
1.
Ensure operation of company electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment by performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibration and instrumentation tuning, repairs, rebuilds, and proper installation of new equipment in a safe manner.  This includes providing proper record keeping, especially of all safety checks.
2.
Serve as a support person to other departments by trouble-shooting equipment failures in the electrical and instrumentation area.  This will also include providing input to resolve process difficulties or design deficiencies.
3.
Provide documentation for preventive maintenance performed, spare parts required, and calibration schedules.
4.
Provide mechanical repairs and inspection as needed.
5.
Update equipment history files as work is performed on equipment.  Responsible for noting, on Maintenance bluelines, electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics or P & , any changes, modifications made to the process systems.  Maintain accurate spare parts usage log.
6.
Keep work area clean and provide assistance in cleaning entire shop area.
7.
Communicate work pending or requiring attention to management and/or to next shift, technician.
8.
Ensure adherence to all management systems including, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and Food Safety, with an understanding of DuPont's Quality and Environmental Policies and procedures.  Responsible that these policies and procedures are implemented throughout the organization and all related activities under the position’s jurisdiction.
9.
Responsible for entering, referencing and closing out maintenance work orders in the host system.
10. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
11. Compliance with applicable company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
