• Handling all inquiries from clients promptly and professionally
• Process all endorsements
• Refer all client claim inquiries immediately to the insurance carrier
• Assist clients with billing issues
• Update client/prospect information in the agency management system
• Continuing education (Company Paid) for industry designations

• 3+ years' experience as a Personal Customer Service Representative in a NY State Independent Agency environment
• NYS P&C License required
• Live within 30 miles of Latham NY
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

$80,000 - $95,000 yearly
