Overview
The Digital Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and evolving our portfolio of digital products to ensure a cohesive, high-quality brand experience across all platforms. This role serves as the strategic owner of our digital ecosystem—ensuring products function effectively, align with business goals, and continuously evolve to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and creative vision, with the ability to translate ideas into scalable digital solutions.
Experience improving and integrating Salesforce to enhance the sales team experience is a strong plus. This is an onsite position based at our corporate headquarters in Galena, Kansas.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the lifecycle of all digital product offerings, from concept through launch and optimization
- Ensure a unified, consistent brand experience across all digital platforms, tools, and touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and external partners to align digital products with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to enhance functionality, usability, and performance of existing digital products
- Drive new vision and ideas for how digital tools and platforms can better support sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on impact, feasibility, and ROI
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Partner with development teams to ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Support and improve the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on enhancing the Salesforce experience through better tools, integrations, and workflows (preferred)
- Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to inform innovation and competitive advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital product management, digital marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience managing multiple digital products or platforms simultaneously
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX), brand consistency, and digital best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Salesforce, including integrations, enhancements, or sales enablement tools
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, or CRM systems
- Background in B2B, manufacturing, or construction-related industries is a plus
