- Provide technical expertise in Clinical Engineering-IT systems and medical device integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues for clinical equipment
- Collaborate with vendors and IT departments for network configurations and solutions
- Develop service documentation and provide training to Clinical Engineering associates
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the support and service of medical equipment and systems
- Formal training in clinical equipment make/model specific manufacturer or aftermarket
- Strong working knowledge of HL7, DICOM, TCP/IP, and other communication protocols
- Must possess a two-year Associates Degree or equivalent technical program training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Additional associates or bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
- Experience and/or training in project management
- Relevant certifications in Networking, Security, or Sys Admin
- Understanding of computer and network security
- Knowledge of HIPAA and security industry standards
