Payroll and Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00PM

Salary $55,000

Seeking a Payroll & People Operations Coordinator to manage weekly payroll for warehouse and field crews while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

• Collect, review, and process weekly timesheets
• Verify pay rates, hours worked, per diem, and travel bonuses
• Submit payroll to Evapco and the labor broker
• Match labor invoices to project budgets and submit for approval
• Enter labor data into the ERP system for reporting and revenue recognition
• Maintain payroll records and documentation

• Process payroll forms (I-9, W-4, state withholding, direct deposit)
• Enter new employee data and process terminations in the labor broker system
• Coordinate unemployment and workers’ compensation documentation
• Verify employment and work dates when requested

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support performance reviews and salary updates
• Serve as a contact for employee benefits questions
• Maintain training and HR compliance records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Human Resources
• Experience processing hourly payroll for field or construction crews
• Strong knowledge of payroll documentation and compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organization and communication skills
