Wellness Host

This role forms part of the wellness offering at Pezula Nature Retreat, within the Village n Life hospitality group.

As a Wellness Host you’ll guide guests through their wellness journey – from assisting with physical activities and orientation walks to coordinating spa, yoga and in-room wellness experiences. Your energy, creativity and hospitality will shape memorable wellness moments for every guest.

• Welcome and engage guests, addressing queries and tailoring wellness experiences
• Assist with activities such as yoga, hikes and wellness workshops
• Conduct property orientation walks, highlighting wellness facilities and outdoor spaces
• Coordinate wellness touchpoints including turndowns, in-room setups and amenities
• Support spa bookings and guest flow in collaboration with therapists
• Create wellness content moments with the marketing team (photos, short clips, guest stories)
• Maintain accurate records of wellness bookings and guest preferences
• Ensure wellness spaces are clean, set up and guest-ready
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Proactively report guest feedback, issues or improvements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Qualification in Sport Science, Yoga, Wellness Coaching or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years’ experience in hospitality, wellness or guest-facing roles
• Active lifestyle and interest/experience in padel or tennis is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming presence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
