• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Current and valid Kansas PT license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current BLS from American Heart Association required
