Overview
Seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider (MD or Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority) for part-time work (8–28 hours/week). The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive setting, serving individuals and families in the community.

- Work in person with flexible hours within the specified range.
- Current licensure as an MD or NP with prescriptive authority
- Active DEA registration or eligibility
- Commitment to caring for a diverse population
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Pass a comprehensive background check, be reliable, and adhere to HIPAA and privacy laws
Work is in person, with flexible hours within the specified range.
