SUMMARY:
Under direction of the Environmental Services Director, supervises and coordinates safety duties for the facility and residents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Strength: Medium – exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10–20 pounds of force frequently, or 0-10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Standing or walking: Constantly (activity exists up to 2/3 or more of the time)

Knowledge of current safety standards and practices, knowledge of and ability to apply current federal and state regulations, policies and procedures; ability to supervise, organize, communicate, instruct, and perform the essential tasks and duties of the department; ability to consider alternatives and make decisions; ability to handle confidential information; ability to work well with people including staff, residents, families, and community;
