Social Worker – Social Services (Part‑Time)
We are seeking a licensed Social Worker to join our team in Kansas, working 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities- Provide individuals and families with psychosocial support needed to cope with a variety of health conditions.
- Assist with discharge planning, financial assistance forms, transportation, and coordination with outside entities.
- Travel to patients’ homes periodically.
- Licensed LBSW in the State of Kansas.
An excellent base salary is offered for this position, which includes PTO and a pension plan.
