Location: Downs
Mission Health - ---0 [CNA / Health Aide] As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Mission Health Communities, you'll:
Assist with providing activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents, including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care;
Perform care as defined by resident plan of care/CNA assignment card;
Pass nourishments and water to residents;
Observe residents and report change in condition/attitude/reaction/appetite/behavior to team leader;
Take temperature/pulse/respiration/weight;
Record intake and output.
