Experience:
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
Skills:
- Proficient in clinical documentation and internet navigation
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients, adhering to principles of occupational therapy and Reliant guidelines. Deliver quality patient care, including treatment, supervision of rehab techs, and case management. Maintain professional conduct, compliance with regulations, and a commitment to quality and service.
Essential Duties:- Optimize patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
- Develop a strong occupational therapy assistant program
- Enhance clinical skills through interaction, self-study, and continuing education
- Maintain valid state licensure and awareness of profession issues
- Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and appropriate delivery methods
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively in English
