Join Our Team as a (PRN) X-Ray Technician!

We're looking to grow our team with a dedicated and skilled PRN X-ray Technician

In this role, you'll help capture high-quality images of bones, soft tissues, and organs to support physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. From carefully positioning patients to operating equipment with precision, your attention to detail and compassion will go a long way in helping us provide the best care possible.

• Review physician orders and confirm patient identity before getting started
• Operate x-ray equipment to capture images as ordered by procedures
• Make sure patients feel informed and at ease during procedures
• Assist with positioning, including helping patients with limited mobility
• Use lead shielding and radiation safety best practices
• Ensure images are clear and accurate to minimize the need for repeats
• Work closely with our Radiologist to determine if additional imaging is needed
• Keep x-ray equipment maintained and notify us if anything isn t working right
• Track procedures accurately and keep x-ray rooms clean and organized
• Stay up to date by attending staff meetings and training sessions

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
• ARRT certification and Kansas state licensure
• Previous experience as an X-ray Tech (bonus points if you ve handled busy shifts!)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• The ability to lift or assist patients as needed
• A warm, compassionate approach to patient care
