Overview

Find your calling at Mercy! Performs specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist. Also provides the patient care essential to these procedures. Applies principles of MR safety. Two registries working in area or Super User for select programs.

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Secondary and some post-secondary. Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology Program.
• Certifications: ARRT (MR) Registry or ARMRIT required within 18 months of hire. BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire.
• Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. Familiar with a variety of the field s concepts, practices, and procedures. Operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer and copy machine.
