Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is looking to hire a full-time Cook to join our team.

As a Cook, you play a vital role in our community. You prepare meals for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines and may also prepare meals for mechanically altered diets to serve the geriatric population (65+ years old).

• Must have experience cooking in a long‑term care facility.
• Must have experience preparing meals for mechanically altered diets.
• Desire to work with the geriatric population (65+ years old).
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members.

Full‑time Cook works evenings 2 pm‑8 pm from Wednesday to Sunday (off Monday and Tuesday). Part‑time Cook position is also available.
