Overview

Central Kansas Mental Health Center is looking for a Wellness Admissions Navigator to join our team!

The Wellness Admissions Navigator is a position that will be responsible for coordination of first time intake appointments and their service providers within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This also requires insurance verification, eligibility and accurate service provider staffing.

• Coordinate first-time intake appointments and their service providers within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
• Handle insurance verification, eligibility, and accurate service provider staffing.
• Be personable and professional with a wide range of people from different backgrounds; accurately recording data and assisting individuals and their families with necessary paperwork to provide a smooth and worry-free appointment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, individually or with a team; demonstrate excellent organization skills, accurate documentation, reliable attendance, and preferred prior medical office experience.

• Preferred previous medical office experience.
