TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long term care providers. We are growing and looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the team.

• Patient Care Execution:
  Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for executing therapeutic plans, teaching adaptive equipment use, guiding exercises, and engaging patients in recovery activities.
• Activity and Program Planning:
  Contribute to planning and selecting therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient goals, applying creative practical approaches.
• Progress Monitoring:
  Regularly monitor and document patient progress; observe changes; report to occupational therapist; adjust therapy interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Patient and Family
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients and families about therapy process, adaptive equipment and home modifications; provide instructions and support to ensure practices continue at home.

• Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current license/certification in the state of practice
