Quality Assurance - QA/QC

2. Collect statistics to optimize site functionality
Provide administrative support in reviewing and monitoring QSHE plans, objectives, and targets. Support the review and monitoring of the QSHE culture. Assist in compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety assessments to support health, safety, and environmental management. Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation. Prepare HSE reports as necessary. Offer advice on HSE issues and make recommendations to facility management. Promote incident prevention for employees and visitors.
Assist in developing and presenting HSE training sessions. Schedule and participate in HSE meetings and trainings. Engage in incident investigations and root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, wear safety equipment, promote safe practices, and report hazards. Maintain positive relations with managers, employees, customers, and regulatory agencies. Perform additional tasks as required.
Support quality activities such as reporting, data collection, and review of objectives. Facilitate information sharing among sites. Manage management system documents. Assist in quality coordination to meet product specifications and customer requirements. Provide training and support to site personnel as needed. Assist in audits, inspections, and customer complaint investigations. Manage product information and SDS documentation.
ComplianceAdhere to policies related to quality, safety, health, and environment. Be aware of significant QSHE aspects and impacts, legal requirements, and emergency preparedness.
Reporting LinesSolid line to QSHE Supervisor. No direct or dotted reports.
Performance MeasuresKPIs as per yearly MbO agreements.
Other RequirementsExcellent command of the local language and English; additional languages beneficial. Strong interpersonal and cultural understanding. Good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to produce clear documentation and analyze data.

High School/Vocational/Associate’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
