Laboratory Manager
Gove County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Manager to lead daily laboratory operations in a rural healthcare setting.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily testing and staffing, ensuring consistent and compliant laboratory services.
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for laboratory operations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Minimum MLT schooling (Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in high-complexity testing.
- Leadership mindset; management experience preferred but not required.
