- Technical Design & Analysis
:
Perform slope stability, foundation design, retaining wall analysis, and more. - Field Oversight
:
Lead geotechnical investigations, inspections, and testing. - Project Management
:
Develop proposals, manage timelines, and maintain client relationships. - Quality & Safety Leadership
:
Uphold rigorous standards in every phase of work. - Proposal Development
:
Create compelling RFP responses that highlight technical and financial value. - Team Collaboration
:
Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. - Special Projects
:
Contribute to internal initiatives and cross-functional efforts.
Required:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
- 3+ years of geotechnical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred:
- PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with heavy civil infrastructure
- Skills in advanced modeling or specialty design
- Interest in business development
