This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Developer based in Home, KS. The Education Developer will design and create high-quality educational content tailored for online courses. Key responsibilities include developing course curricula, creating engaging instructional materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring that courses meet quality and accreditation standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing participant feedback to improve course effectiveness and helping to implement innovative e-learning solutions.

• Proficiency in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and E-Learning Content Creation
• Strong Research and Analytical Skills to align course materials with learning objectives
• Knowledge in Digital Education Tools, Online Course Platforms, and Multimedia Content Development
• Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills to create and deliver impactful educational materials
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and adapt quickly to emerging educational technologies
• Experience or familiarity with implementing government-accredited certification programs is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or a related field is preferred
